Anne Kurzdorfer

I’m Anne Kurzdorfer, a licensed real estate professional serving Beaver County, Allegheny County, and surrounding areas. I’ve been licensed since 2014 and have closed 250+ transactions, consistently producing at a multi-million-dollar level. I take pride in providing steady guidance, clear communication, and thoughtful attention to every detail of the transaction.

As a residential resale agent, I enjoy working with a wide range of clients, including owner-occupants, estate executors and administrators, out-of-state sellers, and real estate investors and flippers. Every transaction is different, and I approach each one with care, strategy, and an understanding that my clients’ goals, timelines, and circumstances are unique.

In 2020, my husband Chad joined me in the business, and together we work as a team to support our clients throughout the buying and selling process. We strive to make real estate as seamless and stress-free as possible by managing the many moving parts of each transaction while remaining attentive and responsive from start to finish.

I grew up in Beaver County, and my roots here run deep! After recently relocating our family to Center Township, it feels especially meaningful to live and work in the same community we serve, while continuing to support long-standing clients throughout Allegheny County as well.

Chad and I live in Center Township with our three young children. Outside of work, we love spending family time together—playing in the yard, visiting local parks, and embracing all seasons.
