It is hard to summarize everything Anne did for us in the 6 months it took to find our house, because she did so much. The best way to say it is that Anne always got things done quickly and would always go the extra mile for us to make sure we would be happy. I recently purchased and home in Barneveld, WI through True Blue. Anne was my primary realtor but I have to say both her and Kelli were fantastic to work with. As a first time homebuyer, I could really tell that Anne had my absolute best interest in mind. She won't sugarcoat anything and will give you her honest opinion, even if it's not what you want to hear. But that is exactly what first time buyers need. She's extremely knowledgeable on the market and the homebuying process. Plus her and Kelli are all around great people and really enjoyable to work with.

I also want to say that Anne goes above and beyond doing things behind the scenes that you won't even realize. For example, my home was a foreclosure and the bank that owned the home was out of state. The employee assigned to the case was very hard to work with and wasn't getting the information we needed to meet our closing deadline. We ended up meeting our tight deadline and I only found out later that it was because Anne arranged to have flowers delivered to the bank employee... in Pennsylvania.

I can't compare my experience as this is my first time buying a home, but It's hard to believe there are many people out there that are better to work with than Anne.

Anne was amazing. We lived two hours away from the area so we relied on her to do many things for us. She even offered to help with our paperwork from the sale of our previous home. Anne also has great connections with contractors, bankers, insurance companies and title companies in the area which comes in handy for all of the things that go along with buying a home. Our initial meeting was helpful in explaining the home buying process (first time for us) and making sure she had an initial impression of what we were looking for and making suggestions of things that we should think about going forward. Anne with True Blue Real Estate is absolutely amazing. 3 years ago I purchased my first home with Anne. Anne made that process incredibly easy and was an amazing resource, providing me with knowledge and her expertise when buying a home.

Fast forward to today, I had another opportunity come up where I was able to work with Anne again. Given the experience I had previously with purchasing a home through Anne, I knew I needed to work with Anne again in selling that house and purchasing a new home. We worked with Anne when my mother-in-law needed to sell her condo quickly, without a huge headache, and for a good price. It was a potentially upsetting move for her but Anne made the experience not only "not awful" but by the end my mother-in-law was looking forward to moving. I was constantly amazed how responsive Anne was to emails and calls even late at night and weekends. I recently purchased a beautiful 4 bedroom home with the expert guidance of Anne as my real estate agent. This was my first time buying a home, and I never fully understood the importance of having a real estate agent on your side during the buying process. I always assumed real estate agents were responsible for knowing the general area you wish to purchase in, and showing you properties in the area until you found one suited for your needs. In fact, this may be true with the vast majority of real estate agents, but not with Anne.

How many real estate agents do you know that are willing to dig around in the dirt to inspect a foundation, or crawl up in a spiderweb infested attic to inspect for faulty wiring or look for other possible warning signs throughout the house? How many real estate agents do you know that would actually persuade you NOT to buy a house because too many factors involved didn't add up in your benefit? Anne truly has your best interests at heart and is not interested in the quick sale. She told me to walk away from a deal that she knew wasn't a potential value for me in the future, even though she could have collected a quick commission and moved on to other sales. I was not only moved by her knowledge of all things real estate, but I was truly impressed by her passion and dedication in making the exact house you want at the lowest possible price happen for you. With Anne, you can expect phone calls at all hours of the day, I swear she doesn't sleep. If she does sleep, she is dreaming about real estate.

Anne is absolutely tenacious when it comes to the home buying process and dealing with the other party. She fought and argued nearly every point on my inspection report, argued the neighborhood comps, and even called the loan officer to turn up the heat on banking processes throughout the home buying negotiating. All said and done, she quite literally saved me THOUSANDS of dollars and hours of headaches during the home buying process.

If you think Zillow is all you need to understand real estate, then webmd is the only doctor you'll ever need. Do yourself a favor and let Anne guide your home buying process, she runs circles around other chumps that I've dealt with that call themselves real estate agents.
