We hired Anne Marie to sell a property we had inherited as a Trustee. Anne Marie was exceptional at explaining the current market, advised us on how to best price our property, as well as how to evaluate the different types of offers we received. There were delays from the buyer's side, and errors made by their agent, but Anne Marie kept all members of the Trust updated, and kept the transaction moving forward. Anne Marie is very skilled at her job, and has an excellent eye for details many other agents carelessly overlook. We highly recommend Anne Marie, she works with integrity and takes her job seriously.

My property in Moreland Hills was anything but "quick and easy sale" and it was never expected to be... but Anne Marie showed she's a real professional: experienced, hard working, creative, easy to communicate with. This was our first transaction with Ms. Rath and I'm sure we'll have many more.

Anne Marie is a true professional!

We recently put our home on the market as a for sale by owner. Subsequently we received a tremendous volume of contact from agents regarding representing our home. I declined each, but Anne Marie’s comments and overall handling of me as a hesitant seller were very different.
We decided to have her represent our home and quickly realized it was the right decision and how blessed we were to encounter her.

She provided very sound advice, followed up as promised on each occasion, was extremely knowledgeable, and detail oriented. Anne Marie’s communication is top notch, always reachable via phone, email or text.
She was very up to speed on the various communities and even micro-markets within each and how to best represent our unique home in a fairly tough and fluid economic environment.

We would highly recommend Anne Marie and consider her as a great example of what a realtor should be!

I could not have survived selling my house without Anne Marie. She was with my sister and me every step of the way. Do not consider doing this without a realtor like her. If you're lucky you can get her when you're selling or buying a house!!!!

Anne Marie Rath recently sold my home, and she is amazing! She is very knowledgeable of the current housing market. She is also quick to get back with her clients, was very patient with my busy schedule when I wasn't so quick to get back with her, and is very honest. We had an excellent experience working with Anne Marie. We hired her to sell our condo after nearly losing hope that another agent would sell it. We wanted to give it another shot before listing our condo for lease, but this time we wanted to ensure we hired someone with a solid reputation. Anne Marie exceeded all of our expectations. We had multiple clients come for showings immediately after we signed the contract. She followed up with them to solicit comments and then returned to us to keep us informed. She responds promptly to our emails and phone calls. Finally, and maybe most crucially, we sold our condo well in advance of the end of the exclusive period. We appreciate her services and would absolutely recommend her and hire her again if given the opportunity.
