Anne has been a respected member of the local Realtor community since 2013. Her track record remains spotless, something she attributes to always placing her client’s interests first while providing attentive one-on-one service and knowing the contracts and procedures extremely well.
Her experience with sales includes single-family homes, condominiums, multi-family, as well as select commercial transactions throughout Eastern Connecticut and the Greater Hartford region at price points up to $1.5 million. Most of her sales come from repeat and referral clients and center around helping buyers and sellers from all walks of life.
She is a member of the Greater Hartford Association of Realtors, Connecticut Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors as well as the SmartMLS and MLSPIN Multiple Listing Services, and is licensed to sell real estate throughout the state of Connecticut and Massachusetts.
Most recently she earned her Brokers license and opened up an independent Real Estate Brokerage, Simply Sold Real Estate with a long time associate. This was an excellent opportunity to mentor other agents in the business, and allows greater flexibility in the service area covered.
Over the course of her career, Anne has surrounded herself with professional connections and a network of industry relationships including lenders, attorneys, home inspectors, stagers, painters, plumbers, HVAC, carpenters, roofers, landscapers, builders and many more to the benefit of her clients.
