Anne is great we looked for 18 months and put in 4 offers before it finally stuck. She was super patient and we had very specific needs that she listened too. I used lots of realitors before her who didn't work half as hard as she does. Great communicator and will 110% ensure you never get taken advantage of. I also prefer a realitor who points out negative stuff and is completely transparent and honest. Initially I often ask questions I know the answer too just to see if they will be honest/transparent, which she always was which is rare these days. She is also extremely knowledgeable and very experienced. Save your self the time and energy and start with her, you won't find a better realitor to buy or sell. Lots of bad realitors in a market as hot as this one is.
