Tom and Anne helped my partner and I purchase our first home. They made it a comfortable and smooth experience despite some issues throughout closing. I appreciate the time they took after normal business hours to accommodate our schedule. Evenings and weekends were the only times we could view homes, Tom and Anne were always responsive to our needs. As a first time home buyer I needed help every step of the process and greatly depended on their trustworthy guidance. Tom and Anne relayed time sensitive information regarding the closing process, explained contract and inspection details in a way that did not overwhelm. If you're looking for quality and professional realty, I highly recommend using Tom and Anne.

Tom and Anne Rownan were instrumental in my search for a home! I was a first time buyer and was incredibly nervous purchasing a home. Throughout the whole process Tom and Anne showed the utmost professionalism at every step. There were times that I was very overwhelmed and they knew exactly what to do and say to ease any worries I might have had. The knowledge that they possess for realty makes the whole process seamless. They both seem to show genuine passion for real estate, it was apparent the joy they took with matching the perfect home for someone. Tom and Anne are 100% committed to each and every person that works with them. I always knew that no matter what time I called, texted, or emailed that they would respond immediately. During every home viewing they made us feel like we were the only individuals they were working with, which I know was not the case. If you want a realtor (bonus because you get two if you work with Tom and Anne at Long Realty) who is going to be fully committed during your search for a new home, passion for the job, knowledgeable, and genuine people Tom and Anne are your best bet.
