Anne and Peter were absolutely delightful and refreshing to work with on our recent home purchase. Unlike some previous realtor transactions elsewhere, they listened to our wants and needs, and then asked clarifying questions. They did not show us homes that were outside our desired parameters or above our stated price range. They actually found us a home that met our goals and was significantly below the price range we were expecting to pay. All home sales have little glitches and they immediately stepped in to resolve all issues so we could have an on time, rapid closure. Their communication skills and attention to detail were exemplary. At closing they gave us a very nice gift basket that had practical items for the new home, some much appreciated comfort food and a nice orchid currently collecting sunshine in the window sill. Anne also followed up several days after closing to make sure our move was going as planned. While I hope I never move again (retired), if I did, I would reach out to Anne and Peter immediately. I will also recommend them to family and friends. If you are headed to the Walla Walla/ College Place area give them a call.

We have purchased and sold a number of homes (4) utilizing Peter, and then Peter and Ann, over approximately a 10-year period. In all instances, we were thrilled with the results, and that is why we continued with their services.
The latest sale of our family home was an extraordinary event, and due to past experience, we allowed them to perform the sale as they saw fit. Overall, they outperformed all of our past experiences and ended up selling our property for roughly $100K above asking price. Could not be happier with the experience of their work during the selling process.

Within the last 15 years, I have either sold/purchased 7 homes both in Walla Walla and Tucson, AZ. My experience with the Swant Team ranks at the top of the Most Helpful/Cooperative Real Estate Agents list in my experience. They began our joint venture by sitting down with me and fully and completely explaining their process and what it would mean for me and from me. Any questions or concerns were immediately dealt with and most of the time it meant services that they had at their fingertips that I did not have the time to deal with since I was relocating in another state due to health concerns and quick turnaround. If a concern arose, a telephone call or text message was immediately dealt with. A retired high school educator, I grade this team A+!!

Peter and Anne recently helped me successfully sell my Walla Walla house. It was a unique historic house (built in 1906), and the target audience of purchasers was much different from a buyer looking for a 10-year old house. Peter and Anne went the extra mile to showcase the home and get it sold. As a husband and wife team, they offer extra value, working together on their listings. The Keller Williams organization is large and well-established. They give great support to their agents. I highly recommend the Swants if you are selling (or buying) a home in the Walla Walla market.

They made the sale of our house so seamless. I was actually surprised at their level of organization and involvement from coordinating repairs to cleaning to staging. They took care of all of it quite efficiently and with very little involvement from me. We had our house on the market faster than I thought possible and with no headaches whatsoever. I was quite impressed and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Peter and Anne were great to work with, they work great as a team complementing each other and always having at least one available when we needed them. We did much of our home search remotely and they were great about doing walkthroughs with us on Zoom, saving us the many hours of travel. They've been in Walla Walla a long time and know the market and neighborhoods and even many of the specific houses very well, and as a result we ended up getting just the kind of house we wanted at a price that we wanted.
