We had a very positive experience hiring Anne to sell our home. We realized its very important in Elmhurst to hire an agent who knows each block like the back of their hand and Anne was that agent. She is very confident in her pricing/timing and had a lot of suggestions for staging and painting we never would have thought of on our own. Anne spent a lot of time with us, wasn't pushy, never rushed, answered all of our questions, came prepared with comps/market data and got the job done FAST. Anne Zimmer leaves no detail left behind. She came in to our home, gave perfect advice to get our house ready to sell and sold it in five days once on the market. She had contacts for every contract need to get the house officially prepped. Following that, she managed the post-offer process with finesse as we moved across the country in advance of the close.

I highly recommend contacting her to sell or buy a home. She knows Elmhurst, the right look for your home to sell it and her clients.

Moving during a pandemic is not for the weak, but Anne held our hands and made it a very positive experience. Leading up to our actual planned move date, Anne helped us zero in on a location that best fit our needs, offering a wealth of knowledge along the way so we felt very comfortable with our decision. She is a great listener, while also adding value to any topic at hand. She is quick to respond, an absolute Elmhurst expert, advised well during our negotiations, and is very pleasant to deal with. Anne Zimmer made buying our first home a great experience. The first time we met her she gave us a tour of Elmhurst after our first showing. She is very knowledgeable about this incredible suburb. She listened to our wants/needs in our first home and we ended up buying our dream home. She helped us through the entire process and was always super responsive when we had questions or concerns. Anyone who needs a realtor should strongly consider using Anne - especially so if you're buying or selling in Elmhurst. She knows every block in town, prices, comps, history, schools, you name it. She was able to help us buy and sell over the course of a few months, providing perspective when necessary, pulling numbers to help make data-driven decisions and charting out our path at every turn.
