Like many others, I went on vacation to the Florida Keys and decided never to leave. I made the Keys to my home 31 years ago.

I learned to navigate the shallow waters surrounding the out-islands here in the Lower Keys as a backcountry charter guide, taking clients to do what I love—fishing, snorkeling, out-island beach hopping, or just cruising through the mangrove islands looking for dolphins, turtles, rays, and sharks.

I also owned and operated a successful marine service business in Key West for over 10 years, built on a reputation for being honest, reliable, highly skilled, and extremely efficient—qualities that carried over to my career in real estate.

I was fortunate to work with a local developer and participate in several projects here in the Lower Keys at different stages, from planning to construction, which gave me insight into the entire development process.
