Born in Germany and raised in the Southwest Gulf Coast of Florida, Anneliese is a proud married mother & stepmom of 3 boys, 2 girls and a Grandma, with a passion for Real Estate, Cooking, Music, Social Media, Marketing & Technology! Anneliese brings a wealth of knowledge and professionalism in all aspects of a Real Estate Transaction. Having been a Realtor with Keller Williams for over 10 years from the time she was licensed, she began as a Licensed Administrative Assistant on the Top Producing Team in her Market Center. She was very quickly moved to Management, Transaction & Listing Coordinator, and also Lead Buyer Specialist during her time with that Team. She gathered an incredible amount of knowledge and background during that time and eventually that lead to her becoming her own Single Agent with Keller Williams Realty.

Anneliese has enjoyed many successes since becoming a Single Agent and works extremely hard for all of those she comes into contact with. Her current focus is on being both a Buying & Listing Specialist as well as working with a dynamic group of Investors in Residential Single Family New Construction and Income properties, which is ongoing. In addition to the recent successes Anneliese has experienced, she is also a BOLD Graduate, in the Million Dollar Plus Club each year within her Market Center and has been appointed to the ALC for 2019 and is the Culture Committee Chairperson as well as named Cultural Ambassador for her Market Center for 2019/2020. In addition, she serves on the Leadership Englewood Class for the Englewood Chamber of Commerce for the 2021/22 year.

Anneliese was listing agent on property we were looking at and I gave her a call . She set up an appointment to view the property right away. We didn’t purchase that property, but she showed us several more over the next week. She kept in constant contact by phone text, email and In person. Was an easy person to communicate with. Was very personable, courteous and professional! She went above and beyond! When our mortgage company was dragging there feet on minor details due to purchasing during beginning of the pandemic, she made contact with them and insisted they finalize since we were closing on our previous property and the one we were buying through Anneliese on the same day and needed to move In the following day. She even reduced her commission to help us close. I picked a gem from listing post, and as long as I’m in the same location, I will only use her for any future realty needs!

Anneliese did an amazing job helping us find our new home! She was very responsive to all our questions, in a very timely manner, and also was helpful with keeping our spirits up when things weren’t looking as positive as we had hoped! She knew the exact number to offer with all her knowledge and research she did on the area, making sure we got a fair deal! She was very professional in every aspect, and had resources for every need that arose during the process!!
