Annette came highly recommended to me from a close friend that had used her in the past. I told her I had a rental property that I wanted to sell. She came over the very next day and helped me to evaluate the property. She answered all questions in a very precise and timely manner. Annette gave me tips on what needed to be done for a quick sell and the property lasted only three days on the market!! I then told her I was interested in looking at a few properties in the Waco area and she actually took me all the way there to do some viewings. Found what I was looking for and she negotiated a great price. Couldn't have asked for a better realtor and she never once put any pressure on me to make a decision. Talk about going beyond the call of duty. I would recommend her wholeheartedly to friends and family.

06/03/2015 - I would recommend Annette to anyone looking to purchase Annette. She is knowledgeable, experienced, caring and patient with her clients. Annette never pressured us but made helpful suggestions and gave us lots of encouragement. She was helpful in seeking houses that meet our criteria and willing to take time to show us. She was very patient with us but when we needed information from a selling agent, she got it for us. She knew the process from knowing the area to knowing the offer and closing paperwork. We really appreciate Annette!

Highly likely to recommend 08/24/2015 - rdt253 Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $250K in Austin, TX. Annette was very helpful in our search for our first home. She was very straight forward with everything and did her best to find us homes that matched what we were looking for. Annette was always available to answer any questions be it weeknight or weekend. Emails and phone calls were responded to promptly and efficiently. She went above and beyond and was always respectful and patient with us. I chose to work Annette because of a referral from a friend and I have since refereed her to a friend. Annette was a pleasure to work with. I found her to be very knowledgeable about neighborhoods, schools and shopping in the different communities. Also, she didn't waste my time showing me homes I wasn't interested in.
