A substantial portion of Annette's business as a listing agent and as a buyer's agent has come from friends, family, and previous client referrals, a testament to her love for the business. She has been awarded for top listings, top closings, and office culture during her time as a REALTOR®. She and her husband, John, have been married for more than 37 years and love spending time together, as well as with their family and friends.

In her free time, she loves to garden, write, and watch old movies. Annette loves everything southern and time in her kitchen. There is something about the quietness of the process and the sequential steps set against the randomness of experimenting in the kitchen that's creative and cathartic, she says, noting her friends don't seem to mind her stress-baking too much either.

Annette is first class! She helped us prioritize the repairs that were needed, connected us with a contractor, and had the house under contract in 4 days. We moved to a different state before we listed the house officially, and she handled all the details for us and kept us completely in the know the entire time.

Annette is a true professional and when she says "ILOVEMYJOB" she truly means it. I worked with Annette on the sale of our house and from the first meeting to closing she was available to provide guidance and support which ended up with a fast sale at the price we wanted. Annette's suggestions for preparing the house for sale were great and contributed to the quick sale. Annette went above and beyond anything I expected when I was deciding on an agent for the sale. I could continue with details but I will just say, if you need a true professional that loves what they do you should contact Annette if you are wanting to BUY or SELL a home.
