we have had the pleasure to work with this steam for over 10 years. Annette and Jimmy managed our property as a rental for these 10 years and then took over to sell our property. They both were a great team and made sure all details we covered to present the property the best they could. As a rental they took care of all items fast and quality work. They did such a great job that we kept the same tenants for the entire 10 years. When it was time to sell the property needed little not no work or repairs. Just a few cosmetic updates. I would recommend this team to anyone looking to rent there property to selling.
