Selling real estate is not about a check for me, it is about the relationships you build with people. The buyers you meet, who may be buying their first home and the excitement of it all! Annette love having the opportunity to share that with them. The sellers who have so many memories in a house where their family grew up and watching the smile on their face when they recall the stories, they are telling you, while you are learning the history of it. That is what it is all about for me.

She has owned a few businesses throughout my life's journey, a hair shop, a general store, and my own real estate company in Michigan. So, before she started my real estate career in Florida, Annette wanted to not run a business for a while after the first two businesses. Her son, who was watching her clean a mall for a living at that time, told her about the local college in Ocala Florida where they were offering real estate classes. He encouraged her to get her real estate license. Annette loved looking at houses, so it was a perfect fit for her. She worked in Florida for 5 years, then moved back to Michigan and started her own office. She did that successfully for 10 years.

As she grows older, she realizes what is important in life. To her it is family. Annette missed her son and his wife, and my beautiful granddaughter. So, she sold her house, shut down her office, and moved to Asheville. Annette is with her family, loving what she does for a living, and enjoying the prettiest place to live.
