With an educational background from the esteemed Wharton School, as well as being a CPA and Broker Associate, Annette brings over ten years of hands-on experience in property renovation and sales. She is well-equipped to guide clients through a wide range of property transactions, thanks to her expertise and access to Berkshire Hathaway's advanced marketing tools and extensive network of resources. During her free time, Annette takes full advantage of the natural beauty of Santa Barbara. She engages in various outdoor activities such as Pickleball, road biking, hiking, and beach yoga. She also enjoys leisurely walks along State Street and sharing delicious meals with friends. Annette actively volunteers with organizations including the Santa Barbara Food Bank, Friendship Center, and Girls Inc., and she regularly attends services at the Santa Barbara Community Church.
