About Annie

Annie started her career in real estate in 2007, initially working exclusively in new home sales. This experience taught her the ins and outs of home building and construction and allowed her to become an expert on the fundamentals and inner workings of houses. Annie quickly realized that she wanted to be able to help buyers purchase their dream home, which often ended up being somewhere outside of the model home she was working in, as well as assist her clients who also needed to sell a home. The early stages and pivots in her career just so happened to coincide with the housing crisis of 2008, which while daunting, ended up shaping Annie into the gritty, committed and optimistic professional she is today. Building a real estate business during a tumultuous market forced her to learn and master creative ways to connect with homeowners and stand out among the rest.

Annie has always focused on building a brand known for hustling hard to provide value and service to clients and this customer service and expertise has allowed her to steadily grow her business year after year. By 2016, Annie was leading her own real estate team, The Balcerzak Group of Keller Williams Legacy, attracting agents committed to the same principles she has relied on from the start of her career. In just 5 years from the inception of her team, Annie expanded even further and opened her own independent brokerage, AB & CO Realtors, in March 2021.

Today, her team and brokerage boasts 17 agents, 6 administrative staff members, and hundreds of clients and cheerleaders. Annie has a natural ability to pour into her people and places a strong emphasis on always coming back to your “Why.” She fuels her tank with a laser focus on her own “Why,” her family. Annie works alongside her husband, Tom, who is the Broker and CFO of AB + CO Realtors and The Balcerzak Group, while also raising three beautiful children, Colin, Layla, and Edwin. The hot pink front door of her office headquarters is always open to anyone interested in buying, selling, or investing in real estate anywhere in the Greater Baltimore area.
