I wanted to make sure I had a great realtor for my first home purchase so I went to zillow and other sites looking for a top rated agent with a solid customer experience review. I contacted Annie and two other agents. She responded within 24 hours. Meanwhile, one of the other agents contacted me much much later and the other never responded. I decided to try annie. We decided to meet at a house I wanted to look at. She was very kind and appeared to actually really care about my demands. She asked all the basic questions...what size home would I like, price, location etc. etc. I did not care for the home upon further inspection and decided to move on. She did not pressure me ONE BIT. infact, she suggested we check out my homes together to get some knowledge. I was very impressed and decided to continue meeting with her and check out many home with her until I am truely satisfied. I ended up meeting with her atleast once a week and she spent much time checking out multiple homes. She also put me on a email list that provided me with up to date listings of homes that met my needs. She also had listings that were not shown on Zillow while I was searching...which was great! I went back three times to the home I ended up getting. She even set me up with a amazing banker and a great lawyer who actually knew some great people I grew up with. The entire process was way smoother then I thought it would be. Now, here I am with am with the home I wanted, in the location I wanted and a mortgage lower then expected. I had found a nice condo in my favorite area, but the selling price was too high to make my fist serious purchase. I know nothing about real estate market and how to be successful or get some reasonable discount with high price of that condo. Shortly, I'm lucky guy that have contacted directly with Annie Gura as a Premier Agent! She really help me to rich a suitable final price for buying condo, because she is a great negotiator and has ability to help both sides (seller&buyer) to be satisfied with transaction. I found Annie Gura on the internet and am so happy I did! She took time out of her schedule the week of Thanksgiving 2012 to meet up with me as I was visiting the area getting ready to relocate here. We kept in touch daily sometimes hourly via email and cell phone. She knew exactly the kind of house I was looking for, in the right neighborhood. I had so much faith in Annie, that one day she sent me a listing of a beautifully kept older home in Cromwell. I immediately got in touch with her and asked if she would take my husband to look at it the next day. Back in North Carolina; I got a phone call from Annie that she was with my husband at the house and gave me a play by play description of the house.
