Annie Sanders

Annie was born and raised in southern California. After graduating from college, she and her husband Mike moved east and made New England their home.

Annie began her career in real estate in 2010. For the first eight years, she acted as her own transaction coordinator, marketing department, accountant and office manager–all in addition to representing buyers and sellers. In 2018, she joined the team at Williams Realty Partners, whose in-house staff allow her to focus her time and attention exclusively on her clients.

Annie has become one of WRP’s top producers. An experienced real estate investor herself, she has developed many long-term, multi-transactional relationships with other people who are interested in building their wealth through real estate. Her clients find her attentive and highly knowledgeable, always going above and beyond to represent their financial interests.
New construction is another area of expertise for Annie. She has worked extensively with individuals and developers alike to achieve building goals, from the drawing board to the closing table

Annie is a military spouse who enjoys spending as much time as possible with family and her 4 rescue dogs. Annie has always been an avid traveler, and is busy planning a trip to the only continent she hasn’t visited yet–Antarctica!
