My name is Tony Bosco and I am a licensed Florida Broker Realtor. I am a native of the New York/ New Jersey area. My wife and I have been visiting St. Augustine for over twenty (20) years and owned a condo in St Augustine Beach. Our daughters, graduated from Florida Colleges and remained in Florida. In 2004, we decided to Retire and but my personality did not accept early retirement. With a background in commercial and residential construction and a love of this beautiful area and people in general, it was only natural that I started a new career as a Realtor. Although Real Estate is a business, it is really all about people. The sale or purchase of a property can be a very emotional experience. I truly care about people. People make decisions to sell or buy homes for different reasons. The process, if not managed well, can be stressful. It's my job to take the stress out of the sale and allow my customers to enjoy the experience. Every customer is important regardless of whether they are buying or selling a $50,000 mobile home or a $5,000,000 ocean front mansion. To each, their transaction is of great importance, and each deserves the attention to detail I provide. I give candid, honest advice and work hard to help the Customer make the right decisions regarding their transaction. In my past professional life I was vice president of a large construction firm in the New York/ New Jersey metropolitan area, specializing in airport construction. During my career I was privileged to do large projects at the World Trade Center, the United Nations, all of the New York/New Jersey Airports, hospitals, New York University, railroad work, and the list goes on. I also designed and built many residential and commercial projects. After I obtained my Real Estate license, I also obtained my Florida General Contractors license with the intent of providing my customers sound advice regarding their purchase. I also own and operate a Construction Management firm which specializes in customer representation and provides residential and commercial design-build services. Approximately half of my Real Estate business is commercial real estate. I have negotiated and sold, million-dollar retail facility purchases, Boat and RV storage facilities, industrial factories and commercial warehouses, facilities for towing companies, mobile home parks, restaurants, and art galleries to name a few. I can provide references upon request. I believe it is important to participate and give back to the community. I have served as President of my homeowners association, Vice President of the St. Johns County Civic Association Roundtable, a member of A1A Scenic and Historic Highway, a member of North Shores Association of Vilano Beach, Vice President of Membership of the Women's Council of Realtors. I am a member of the Northeast Florida Board of Realtors, My unsolicited customer testimonials speak for themselves. I am humbled by the fact that my customers think so highly of me and I remain dedicated to working hard to maintain my reputation and integrity. My personal life has always been guided by this one statement, shared with me by my Mentor many years ago; “I expect to pass through this world but once.
