My first contact with Anthony Caywood, Broker in Charge at Coastal Key Group, was when I inquired about a property listed by another agent in his office. That property had already been sold, but Anthony spent quite a long time with me on the phone listening to what type of properties my husband and I were interested in, and sharing his vast knowledge of the area. When my husband and I arrived in Myrtle Beach a week or so later, Anthony met with us and spent 4 or 5 hours driving us around to tour the various communities in the area. He was even able to get us into a couple of homes that we were interested in on very short notice. Anthony is a person who makes things happen. He is knowledgeable, engaging, available, communicative and, plain and simple, the most enthusiastic professional I have ever worked with. His observations and input, good and bad, while we viewed various homes was invaluable. There were many things that we hadn't even picked up on. While Anthony was a buyer's agent for us, if he is half as good as a seller's agent, you can absolutely trust that he will work diligently to help you sell your home. I cannot recommend a more capable agent.
