I do not know a lot about real estate. I know there are closing costs, escrow accounts, and countless other things that do not really make a lot of sense.

Anthony did a wonderful job of explaining all things real estate to me and made it so much easier to sell my home. He consistently proved that he was on my side and he took care of everything, whilst giving honest advice when I asked for it.

Thanks to his knowledge and experience my house was listed at the right time and I was able to accept an amazing offer within a couple days of the listing.

Well beyond the sale Anthony kept me informed about the progress of the sale, and provided support even after I dropped off my keys.

I don't know when I will be in the market for real estate again, but Anthony will be my first choice when I need a realtor!

Anthony with Pumma Properties Team is an incredible agent! He listens to your wants and needs and was able to scour and find homes that checked as many boxes as possible. We really felt like he had our back when it came to all aspects of the buying process. Including our pre-inspection. He also had some good strategies when the negotiation process was occurring. When all was said and done, he gave a welcome home gift basket full of very personal gifts. So nice and so thoughtful. Trusting in Anthony and Pumma you cant go wrong!

Anthony was more than helpful in helping us find the right house. He was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find us a great house that fit right in our price range as well as the ambitions we had for our first house! He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. Anthony sums up what you would look for in the word professional. He was extremely knowledgeable in his field and helped us navigate through a house sale and subsequent purchase during difficult times. Anthony did a great job helping me get my house ready to list. Made some helpful suggestions and when it was ready, he was quick to get pictures taken and get it on the market. The 2 main things that stand out about Anthony are his great negotiating skills (we had multiple offers and he was able to help me make the best decision) and the fact that he actually cares about the overall transaction. His primary concern is making sure the transaction goes smoothly.

To our family, Anthony Gladis is, "Gladius Maximus". Why so? Because this amazing man just helped us sell our house for $105k over asking price in this insane housing market! Our house was posted live, followed by numerous offers coming in and Anthony presented us with 3 top offers that were exceptional to review. We accepted a strong offer within 2 days. The closing process went without a hitch. From beginning to end, his advice was spot on. We call him "Gladius Maximus" because he slayed it for us in this brutal realty arena!

Even more, we relocated out of state and were in the process of buying another house and had to leave almost EVERYTHING to Anthony to handle in our place. Anthony and his partner Bunsong from Pumma Properties staged our home perfectly - simple, classy, and effectively. Thanks guys!

Now let's go back 4+ yrs. ago. We met Anthony at an open house in which he was representing the seller. There was a calm, genuine, and zen-like thing about him, which really drew us. Patiently he answered all of our questions and he wanted to know more about us. After leaving the open house, our intuition told us to work with Anthony to find our first house. Within a month, he was able to help us find and win the bid on that house. We considered ourselves very lucky that day as we walked away with an amazing realtor and established a friendship through the years with Anthony. Four years later, we decided to relocate out of state for work and we could not think of anyone we wanted to represent us other than Anthony. This genuine, humble, intelligent man with the biggest heart went above and beyond for us. We were in the middle of selling our house, relocating with little kids, and buying a new house - it was INSANE!

With Anthony AKA “Zen Master-A” on our side, we were able to stay calm and confident while he helped us navigate the selling process. When it comes to making major decisions, he has proven every time that he gives the best advice. He went above and beyond what we ever expected. From the big to little things that he did for us, we were so touched and forever grateful to this wonderful human named Anthony Gladis.

Selling house and moving is anxiety and stressful. With Anthony's help, I got everything planned out and scheduled coordinately. From beginning to the end, he is always there for me 24/7 and help me to sell at a price that I couldn't image before. I don't know what else could be better. Anthony was introduced to us by two of our good friends, who he helped with their home purchase. We're new-ish to the Seattle area, and he helped us decide on what location we wanted, what we were looking for in a location, and what we truly wanted in a home. He also advised us on what helps a home sell (e.g. number of bedrooms, layout, etc), so if we decide to move in the future, we'd know what makes that process easier, too.

We first met him in 2019, almost a year before we were ready to start the home search process, and he kept in touch in a low pressure way by sending us links to homes that fit our initial criteria when he came across them. It kept the goal of buying in our minds, and we knew we'd want to work with him because he's so nice and well-informed, but he also didn't pressure us with sales tactics, which is something we wanted to avoid in an agent.

Buying a house can be stressful, anxiety-inducing, and confusing when it's your first time. Anthony walked us through every single step. He answered all our newbie questions and gave us his honest feedback on our choices. He truly cares about his clients and remembered all our quirks and preferences, and was really patient with us throughout our search. He's also just really fun, which made the whole process less stressful overall. His thoughtfulness even extended way past the purchase of our home--he keeps in touch and makes sure we have contacts if we need any house-related tips (contractors, etc). If you're looking for an agent, I'd absolutely recommend him.
