Anthony Perry

Growing up on the North Shore, Anthony has had a passion for real estate since he was a young man. As the son of an architect and custom home builder, he spent weekends walking job sites with his father, absorping the details of luxury new home construction and remodeling. In college, while studying real estate and finance, Anthony founded a real estate company which purchased four student housing investment properties on campus. After selling the properties senior year and delivering a strong return to his investors, Anthony used the proceeds to travel solo around the world.

In addition to assisting clients in finding the perfect lot to build a new custom home or a property with potential to remodel to their needs, Anthony also works for his family's design build firm, A. Perry Homes. The team at A. Perry Homes are the leading architects, builders, and remodelers in the Chicago, Washington D.C. and South Florida markets. A. Perry’s custom homes feature dynamic architecture, superior craftsmanship and personalized service for each client based on a collaborative and fun approach. At A. Perry Homes, Anthony builds relationships within the local community and provides client care to ensure that every client has an enjoyable and memorable experience throughout the design build process becoming raving fans.

When he is not in the A. Perry Homes Wilmette Design Studio or catering to the needs of my @properties clients, Anthony is probably doing his best to make sure that his wife and two young daughters are happy as well. Anthony enjoys giving back to the local community by serving on the executive board of the Winnetka Chamber of Commere, serving on the board of the North Shore Youth Football Program as well as organizing events benefiting the Northwestern University Settlement House. He also enjoys international adventure travel and competitive athletics.
