Antoinette Marasco

Antoinette Marasco is a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker with Signature Premier Properties. A Long Island native, she spent twelve years living on the Upper East Side in New York City where she practiced law as a litigation and real estate attorney. With over twenty years experience as an attorney, she has fine-tuned her ability to build and maintain relationships, her negotiation skills and focuses on delivering quality service. Her approachable and outgoing personality makes it easy for her to relate to her clients and understand their needs. Antoinette's experience as an attorney allows her to intuitively analyze business and legal issues which provides her a unique ability as a Real Estate Associate Broker to provide innovative solutions for the buyers and sellers that she works with.

Antoinette always puts her client's best interests first, making it her mission to help them achieve their goals. She approaches her role as a Real Estate Associate Broker in the same way that she approaches her role as an Attorney. She serves as a trusted advisor to her clients and works tenaciously to get the deal done in a way that meets or exceeds each of her client's unique needs and expectations. Antoinette has since returned to Long Island where she grew up, and lives with her husband and two children. As a Long Island native, she has personal knowledge of the area and a strong desire to share that deep connection with her clients. She plays an active role in her community, especially at her childrens' schools. Antoinette holds a B.A. in English and Sociology from Stony Brook University and a J.D. from Hofstra Law School. She is also fluent in Italian.
