I just purchased my first ever home with Antonella and I can’t even begin to say how great of an experience she provided for me. I am new to this process. My first ever new home, and without Antonella’s help I would have been lost. She shows excellent knowledge of her field and of the real estate market. Her customer service skills are on point. She leaves no stone unturned and has so many contacts to provide to you in order to help you out with your process. Plus she takes no nonsense. Someone was delaying the process and she got them on the phone and straightened it out right away!

Antonella was my buyer’s agent for my first home and I 100% recommend her! She is super helpful and taught me so much for my first house. She was beside me through it all even though it was stressful. Antonella and her team were so helpful in the purchase of our home. We found our dream home on Long Island during the height of the pandemic and lockdown. Antonella was instrumental in making the purchase as seamless as possible considering the unusual circumstances. We had numerous home improvement specialists come look at the home over the course of the purchase and Antonella ALWAYS sent one of her team to meet us at the home. Additionally, after we purchased our home, Antonella helped resolve some issues with the previous owner such as mail forwarding and transfer of the Ring doorbell ownership. I could not have found a better real estate agent than Antonella Villa! She went above and beyond in helping with the sale of my home of over 30yrs. From day one and through the closing (and beyond) she made herself available to answer any and all of my questions and concerns with knowledge and compassion. No question was to trivial and no concern too small. I was never made to feel like just another number or felt pressured to make a decision I was not 100% comfortable with. Antonella was there for me throughout the process, following up with me and assisting me with all the details so that nothing fell through the cracks. Just as importantly, she worked tirelessly to help me find the right buyer and the right price! My wife and I just recently closed on a condo in Queens as first time home buyers. Normally, you would imagine your first time purchasing a property to be as smooth and easy as possible. This wasn't the case for us. It took a long and rough 6 months (our situation was very rare and we were unfortunately hit with some curve balls), but Antonella stood by our side throughout the entire process! Although each of them struck me as impressive in their own way, Antonella undoubtedly stands out among them as the most practically assertive negotiator.
