We could just give this Realtor 5 stars and say that “April Burrell is a great Realtor”, but we want to share our personal experience on how April sold our home. If we could give April 10 stars we would! When we sat down with her at our first meeting, we told her what we wanted to list our home for (which was on the high end). Without questioning anything, April immediately started putting together a marketing strategy. After each showing she would take the time to reach out to each buying agent for feedback on our home. She would call us in the same day to share with us what buyers liked, or disliked in order to make small changes if necessary. The biggest problem for most of the buyers was that the road was too busy. April made a simple suggestion of planting shrubs that would grow tall enough to act as a barrier between our home and the busy road. What a brilliant idea! That small change may have been what contributed to the sale of our house. April is extremely ambitious and provides impeccable service. She has excellent work ethics, and loves people as much as she loves her job. She always made us feel like we were her only clients. When she says she’s just a phone call away she means it! She walked us through the whole process, and was with us every step of the way, and for every question we asked, April had a solution for it. We would highly recommend April Burrell to anyone thinking about buying or selling a home!

April was amazing with us! She stayed in contact with us for over a year until we found the right home. We had her driving all over the 757.

When we started getting desperate we started to put our desires to the back burner but April was able to walk us through and get us back on track.

I had such a great experience with April as my real estate agent. I’m a first time home buyer and she made the whole process simple and so much less intimidating than I imagined. She’s always been very welcoming and approachable from the very beginning and has been available to answer all of my questions all throughout the process. When we were introduced, Ms. Burwell listened to my initial list of things that I was looking for in a house for me and my daughter and started finding properties and set up showings within the week. I was able to find a great home for my family thanks to April’s hard work and dedication as my agent. She’s the best!

I am a first time homeowner and this was such a stressful process But April was absolutely AMAZING. She really made my experience the best. She had the best communication with me, was always there to explain everything throughout my process and answered my million and one questions that I had. She encouraged me when a few of my offers fell Through and she always had great listings for me to see. When I first met April, she told me she was going to “get me home” and she did just that. I am going to recommend her to EVERYONE I know that’s looking for a home. If I could give her 20stars I would. She is so passionate with what she does and it really shows.

As a young first time home buyer, April really made feel comfortable. I appreciated this since I know this would be the home I live in for a while. She never made me feel rushed and made it fun to visit houses. I'd recommend young home buyers to her if they feel nervous about buying a house. If want to going around looking at potential homes with someone who really knows the area, April Burwell is your realtor. 👍🏾

Words can't express how PHENOMENAL this BEAUTIFUL LADY is! From the beginning of my journey to the close and beyond she was nothing but the BEST! She is persistent, reliable, easy to reach, punctual, very attentive, informative, personal and just all of the above! She's very honest, upfront, and always kept me apprised about available appointments etc. She genuinely cares about her clients and what she does which gives it that flare of "I'm not just a realtor/agent but I'm changing peoples lives!" I highly recommend hands down!

I could tell that April really cares about her clients. When I went to look at home the neighborhood wasn't that great. When we talked about and she didn't feel comfortable moving to the house. She was right it was no place to raise kids. She wouldn't put you somewhere she wouldn't live. She was great doing to the whole process of buying my home and I am forever grateful to her.
