When we moved back to Little Rock after being away for 42 years April helped us find our house. She was extremely patient as we must have looked at over 40 houses all over West Little Rock before deciding on the house we bought. April even drove up a really bad dirt road on a mountain so we could tour a house we had found! April made herself available whenever we found a house we wanted to tour. April helped us make our offer and worked with us throughout the entire closing process. In essence, as her buyer, she made sure she took care of all of our questions and concerns. We highly recommend April to anyone who is in the process of buying a house.

I work in commercial real estate and sometimes have occasion to refer residential business. April has taken care of a good client of mine for some time now - I've lost count of how many transactions she has done for this particular client - but she obviously made an impression because he continues to use her for residential business. I also recently had her help my son purchase his new home. That was very exciting and she was so helpful.
