Born in Idaho, April is the fourth generation in her family to be raised on a true working commercial cattle ranch in the small town of Leadore, Idaho. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in both Agriculture Business and Business. Then went onto University of Montana, School of Law where she earned her law degree with an emphasis in real estate, agricultural law and contracts.

April opened her own law firm and worked as an attorney, focusing her practice on contract and agriculture related issues. She operated her own firm until her first child was born in 2003. April received her real estate license and joined the Iten Company in 2000. She purchased the company in 2013.
