If you're looking for a dedicated, honest, warmhearted real estated agent, you should contact April Rager. I just purchased a foreclosed home last week. I'd found this house in July 2010 and been wanting to buy it ever since, so I've gone to a few real estate agents in Clermont area, but noone wanted to work to find out how I could get this house. They just wanted to show me other houses. I'm also a single mom and couldn't afford to buy a nice house. Other agents were telling me I couldn't buy what I wanted with the budget I had. But April Rager was totally different any other agents and my negative views on agents were all gone!! She worked really hard to get information on the foreclosed house-it went through so many processes it was not on market- I've been wanting for past 6 months, never forced me to look at other houses, she even emailed me back at 12a.m. on Saturday!! And most of all, I got the house, because of her!!! She's not just a real estate agent, she's someone you want to be friends with!! Money does not come to her first. She really cares for you. All I can say is she's amazing and I promise you, you'll not regret.

We are from Virginia and were looking at buying a home in Clermont Florida so I had my mortgage company contact a real estate broker in that area. April, called us within minutes of receiving our contact information to introduce herself and to see what type of house we were interested in buying. Within hours I had an email from her displaying all the listings which meet our requirements. We reviewed the listings and sent her a list of our top 25 houses that we would like to see. We flew to Orlando and met April at her office. She was extremely organized and had all of the properties scheduled for viewing. It went off like clockwork!! We saw every house within a 6 hour period!! I was expecting the process to take at least 2 days!! We picked out our top 3 and she set up an appointment to view those properties again the next day. We fell in love with this one home and with her expertise , we made an offer to the sellers that afternoon. She is a very hard working individual and will ensure that the clients expectations are achieved. With us being in Virginia, she has followed up and communicated with us every step of the way like we were just next door. We highly recommend April!

I had the most impossible looking situation with my house, facing foreclosure, had no idea what direction to take, after asking God to show me where to even start, I sat down at my computer & started googling realtor names, found Aprils name & called her.
