As a first time home buyer/co-op purchaser I appreciated April’s knowledge and expertise regarding the the local area and overall process. I had many concerns and she never failed to acknowledge my concerns and help me address them. April was very patient with me. If there was a misunderstanding she would explain it without becoming impatient or upset. She took my concerns to heart and was a phenomenal liaison between all the parties involved. She is a hard worker. She was responsive and flexible. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase especially in the Pelham area.

She was respectful of our budget and it was easy to set up showings.
