This is when I wish I was far more eloquent. This team is more than outstanding, and went above and beyond for us. We were relocating from out of state and the level of personal care that they provided to us over the short trip to the Denver area was mind blowing. They devoted three entire days to us in which they coordinated and planned showings based on our likes and feedback and helped us better understand the Denver area and the cities surrounding it to ensure we got what WE wanted out of a new home and location. They provided folders with each listing to make notation easier because when looking at 10-20 showings a day things can start to run together. The amount of knowledge and expertise that they possess is absolutely impressive.
All that says nothing about the fact that they are just genuinely amazing people and care about their clients. I knew from the very first phone call with April that this was the team that I wanted to work with. These are the people you want to work with hands down!

Aubrie was by far the best agent we could have ever worked with to buy our first house! We were looking during COVID, and within an extremely volatile market, and she was able to navigate us through the entire process. She answered our (many, many) questions extremely quickly over text (great for us because we’re pretty busy), at all hours of the day, and days of the week. She was very professional, and extremely friendly - we’d often chat and have a good time while looking for houses. She was always finding and suggesting houses that fit our interests, and she spent a lot of time showing us a LOT of houses at strange hours due to our work schedule. She also went above and beyond and procured a bid on her own for a small issue that we found during the inspection, which helped us leverage a better deal on the house. Even with the inspection objections we had to work through, he helped us make good decisions that kept the sale on course and on time. First class! I’m super pleased I used Neuhaus Realty for the sale of my Denver home. Advice I got from another realtor was to spend thousands to remodel a bathroom in the basement so house would sell. He also said the market was weak and I wouldn’t get what I wanted out of the home. April looked everything over and suggested several things needed done that were mostly cleaning and painting. I followed her advise and staged a couple rooms in the house for eye appeal. We recently had the pleasure of working with an outstanding Realtor, April Neuhaus. She helped us each step of the way to navigate the home buying process as first-time home buyers. From the beginning, she helped us prepare for the loan process, guided us as we watched the ups and down of the interest rates, and was always determined to help us find the perfect home for our specific needs. We spoke often and she was patient with all our questions and concerns.

What stood out the most to us was her expertise in determining the exact right time to buy, which helped us secure a great deal on our new home. She was aware of the perfect storm that had been created by interest rates rising, and new build inventories rising as well, thus making for some motivated builders ready to make deals along the Northern Colorado Front Range area.

April was excellent at advocating for us throughout the process, ensuring that the builder corrected all the items on the inspection before closing, even showing up on closing day to meet with the superintendent and confirm some last repairs had been completed. She also accompanied us on our blue tape walk and was there to give us the confidence to point out errors and to request they be addressed. We felt like we had someone as our advocate in this big decision in our lives.

In addition to her outstanding negotiating skills, she also went above and beyond in getting us the best deal possible from the builder, including incentives, price reductions and additional finish work, which was an unexpected bonus.

I would highly recommend April and her team to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, dedicated, and skilled professional who truly cares about their clients. No one should ever try to go through this process without this kind of help and backing. Thank you for all your help!

Talk about fate, who knew we were going to get the most passionate, energetic, helpful realtor we had ever met. We worked with Brittany and Blanche of Neuhaus Realty to sell my dad's house after he moved into assisted living. Dad's house was a mess. Neuhaus was extremely helpful in setting up experts (at reasonable prices) to come and clean/fix/repair/paint/carpet EVERYTHING. Their attention to detail and level of management was unprecedented for me in my 30+ years of buying and selling houses. They understood the local market, knew what was important to buyers, and were helpful and listened to our needs during the negotiations.

They really have set a whole new bar for me in what to expect from professional real estate partners. And the proof is in the results. Every now and then, you get to witness service that is exceptional!

My sister's husband recently passed away, and she needed to sell her home. That task loomed in front of her, like climbing Mount Everest and was overwheming.

My wife and I recently worked with JP and Joni on our first home. We set up a monumental ask from them, we wanted a multi-generational household, big enough for 7 people, within budget, in the Denver/Metro market. From the start, I knew Joni was going to fight tooth and nail to find us the perfect home for what we needed. She set up multiple showings at various homes with different layouts, square footage, different cities (within our travel radius from work), and amenities. At each and every showing, she listened to what we liked and did not like, what we were intrigued by and what we wish the houses had or didn't have. Never once when we said we didn't like a house did Joni ever get discouraged, she just kept note of why that was the case and got us the next showing. Joni's husband, JP, was also a tremendous help. With his prior experience in contracting, he was able to come into a home and tell us if he thought what we would like to do with it was possible or even worth the money and effort. Joni kept in constant contact, ensured we knew what every step was for and was available for every little question we had. There were times I questioned if we were Joni's only clients because she was so responsive, we were not, but she made a noted effort to ensure we felt that way. I will never use another realtor as long as Joni and JP are still in business when I am buying/selling because out of all the notes I just made, Joni was caring and kind above all else. With this being our first home purchase, there was so much we didn't know and needed to learn. Not only did April help us find our dream home, but she walked us through the entire process and educated us the whole way through. Buying a home shouldn't have to feel scary, and with April it didn't. She helped us find a great builder, in a wonderful neighborhood, in an area we love, that allowed us to customize our home how we wanted it to be. We had a lot of things on our checklist, and she helped us find the home that met all of those.

When home building across the country was delayed due to lumber shortages, she also helped us navigate that timeline and set expectations for how things would look in the industry. That helped us so much in a time of uncertainty, and gave us peace of mind, even during a crazy time.

A little about me: I was a first time home buyer with little-to-no experience or even what I should be looking for when buying a home. Also, I'm a veteran with high anxiety issues and sensitive hearing. Luckily, April was there and able to guild me through the process and provide me with information when looking at homes. We just purchased our new home with the expert assistance of our Neuhaus agent, Roger Kelly.

Before closing on our home, we were on a very tight timeline with our apartment lease coming to an end.

Roger maintained a very keen awareness of every detail of our home's progress, promptly kept us in the loop, and translated technicalities into layman's for us.
I dont know how else to say this other than Rog was absolutely our rock in an incredibly stressful event.

At one point, I even panic emailed Roger on a Saturday night (around 8/9pm) not expecting a response until the following business hours and he shot back within 20 minutes to assure my wife and I that we weren't going to end up homeless due to our lease ending.

April Neuhaus is our buyer and seller agent in the sale of our current home and the purchase of a new home to meet our emerging family needs. As our seller agent, she completed a market analysis and recommended a listing price that would maximize our return on investment. She brought value to the sale through the use of high quality marketing materials, such as professional sales brochures, virtual tours, and pictures. She advised us on how to prepare for showings and gave us access to a mobile app to allow us to manage showings, inspections, and appraisals. April exceeded our expectations because, not only did we receive and accept an offer on the first day of showings, but the contract price was $5,000 above our asking price - and this was during uncertain market timing due to the ongoing pandemic. In addition, we closed on the sale only one month after contracting for the sale. We had fully intended to move out of the home and find a rental to move into between our sale and our purchase. This became unnecessary as April negotiated a leaseback arrangement with the buyer. As our buyer agent, she evaluated our family needs and recommended a home that met our needs at a competitive price and in a neighborhood we were interested in. This was the first real estate my wife or I had attempted to buy. We looked for about a year at houses of various price ranges within a 20-30 mile radius of my workplace. April was really patient with us and was willing to show us any house we asked to see. She knew the market in the entire area, across price ranges and could give advice about many different aspects: potential pitfalls or advantages of various homes, schools, etc. At one point, we went under contract to buy land and build our own house, and April was knowledgeable about that also, including multiple potential builders. April was always courteous and timely, getting back to us quickly and arriving on time for showings. Having heard stories from friends about information they revealed being used against them by their own realtor, I was reluctant to reveal much about our circumstances. I was impressed that I never saw April use such knowledge against us. I was also impressed with the ethical and courteous way she dealt with other pieces of information about the market that could have given her a competitive advantage though it would have ethically questionable to use them. I was pleased at April's skill and competitiveness in contract negotiations, and was glad but not that surprised when we got the house we wanted for the lowest price we could have paid in the market at the time. My wife & I were really impressed with April. We thought she was a very good buyer's agent and a genuinely nice lady. I contacted April Neuhaus of Neuhaus Real Estate and was fortunate to work with her and one of her staff, Jason Hartley. April had Jason work with me in finding and purchasing my home. Jason is knowledgeable, responsive, proactive, has excellent interpersonal skills and is willing to share his insights. Most importantly, Jason got me in to see properties asap! In this market, the value of quickly getting in to view a recently listed property can't be understated. I was interested in one property and Jason deduced the roof replacement hadn't been done to code. Initially I was of the mind set; why pay someone all that money just to advertise my house. The April Neuhaus Team is not just a group of real estate salespersons.
