April is truly exceptional. I needed a realtor to help me sell a house a year and a half ago. I was referred to April by multiple people who had nothing but great things to say! I was impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of data that she had about the market. My house sold quickly, and she made the process simple! I then got married and found myself looking for a house again. It was a no-brainer for me to work with her again and we are so thankful we did.

April was ALWAYS available; her responsiveness was incredible.

April walked us through each step during the process. She would discuss the pros/cons/ and strategy for moving forward. She treats it as if she was purchasing the property – she will look out for you and have your best interests in mind! April was available every step of the way, she even helped me pick out window coverings because I was overwhelmed with the options. She truly goes above and beyond!

April is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When there was certain verbiage in documents that we didn’t understand, April had the knowledge to explain everything to us, so we understood and had the confidence to move forward.

April’s promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, and good energy made a home purchase process so simple! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor! If/when we are looking to buy again, we will not hesitate to call April!

April has been a Real Estate Advisor to me for a number of years. I know April has my interest in mind as in the past she guided me away from purchasing a home that wasn't the right fit and I just wanted to buy because that was what everyone was doing! April's purchasing, selling and negotiation strategy was sound and I couldn't have agreed more with every suggestion she provided. All that and she has provided me with amazing design and interior furnishing ideas for accent walls, colors, blinds, furniture, etc. So much value and expertise provided I couldn't be more happy with the home purchasing and selling experience April provides me. I can honestly say I have a Professional Real Estate Advisor and friend for life!
