April Pillsbury

April has been a Realtor for 19 years! She specializes in several fields including Residential Resale. Being a lifelong Richmonder and having over 25 years of consultative sales experience in multiple industries has given her the knowledge necessary to help her clients find their special place to call home. She attended Virginia Commonwealth University and has owned and operated a couple of small businesses in the area. Having bought several homes personally over the years, she strives to ensure that the home buying or selling process is fun, easy and as stress free as possible for all of her clients. It is truly a blessing to be able to work with families to find their dream homes.

April has been happily married for over 24 years and currently resides in Powhatan with her two children. Raising two kids, allowed her to learn how to communicate effectively and listen carefully which in turn provides her with valuable skills in negotiating! (Not easy dealing with little terrorists)

In her free time, she loves to run and enjoys entering into some of Richmond’s scenic races. Her other passion is baking and creating one-of-a-kind signature cakes.
