April & Jennifer are both award-winning Realtors. They are Broker Associates with Property Divas at Fathom Realty specializing in Central Indiana. April was born and raised in the Center Grove area and has spent the last 30 years living and working in Franklin. Jennifer is a native Hoosier, born and raised in Indianapolis and currently reside in Brown County, Indiana.

With a culmination of over 40 years in art and design, Jennifer and April have the ability to give their clients an edge when buying or selling their home. April also has 12 years of experience in the event management industry. Jennifer has nearly 25yrs experience in sales, marketing, project management and events. In her first year as a REALTOR®, Jennifer was rookie of the year. April ranked in the top 5 of all new agents in her first year. The next 2 years of their careers, they individually succeeded as part of the 3 Million Dollar club by reaching over 3 million dollars in sales each year.
