Aracely Gaytan

Aracely Gaytan was born and raised in El Paso, Texas, and has lived in Las Vegas, NV, Houston, TX, New Orleans, LA, Riverside County, CA, and returned home to El Paso, TX to raise her daughter. Aracely has seen different markets, and lifestyles and knows the different entertainments that bring joy to different individuals. Aracely Gaytan attended Commonwealth Insitute for Funeral Services and earned a Mortuary Arts Certification in Funeral Home Services and her skills as a Funeral Director give her a unique insight into how to hear needs, and wants, protect clients, find the best options, and ensure everyone is happy with life-changing choices with compassion. Aracely Gaytan also attended El Paso Community College and earned an Associate in Business providing her knowledge in management, marketing, and finance. Her ability to understand the market and the economy has also given her the skills to make deals. Lastly, Aracely Gaytan attended the Academy of Real Estate giving her the understanding of real estate law, details in properties, locations, and conducting a smooth successful closing. Aracely Gaytan has a colorful background beginning with her parents owning restaurants and produce stands which from an early age taught her to be a hard-working individual and to be business-oriented. This is the stepping stone that allowed her and her siblings to become successful in their business ventures. Being one the youngest of seven, Aracely has had many predecessors who have owned their businesses which has given her real-life experiences in sales, exceptional customer service, and a keen eye for looking for the best deals. This is what makes her uniquely suited to serve real estate buyers and sellers. While residing in different states, Aracely has worked in many different positions to maintain independence. The experience she has gained from life's hardships and natural disasters has pushed her to quickly assess the situation, work efficiently, and be straightforward in reaching her goals. She can work with anyone, listens to their wants, and understands their needs. Aracely Gaytan has been in the real estate property management field since 2017. The knowledge she has gained enables her to provide services in accounting, management of the office, and coordinating rental transactions. As a Property Manager, she understands that teamwork and organization will provide a better experience in her Real Estate career serving owners and tenants. Aracely Gaytan entered the Real Estate world to assist others in obtaining their dream of homeownership. In her family are three outstanding and well-known real estate agents who have shown her that their hard work, stellar professionalism, and concierge service personalities bring well-earned success. Aracely Gaytan's main reason for becoming a real estate agent comes most importantly from the overwhelming feeling she experienced when she purchased her first home for her and her daughter to start their roots. She is going full force in this industry to give others that excitement in life as well and she will feel joy seeing and being part of it. Aracely Gaytan lives with her daughter and is in a relationship. During her free time, she will spend it with family, attend a friend's special occasion, or follow a yummy-looking recipe she finds online. She's enjoying becoming part of the El Paso community and attending city events.
