We met Arina the day we started our house buying journey through a realtor pairing on Zillow.
We were initially skeptical because of the brand new laws stating that we needed to sign with a realtor to view a house. Arina was very low pressure and offered to jump on a zoom call with us to explain everything in detail. Even during the call she assured us there was no pressure and answered a bunch of questions we had about home buying in general. We are so happy we went with Arina and took the leap because within two weeks we found our dream home. Arina was extremely organized and was available to us essentially 24/7.
She compiled lists of houses in areas that we were interested in along with hot selling points that were in our budget. She also ran market analysis to see how each house may fair during appraisal to make sure we weren't making an offer outside of our budget. If you go with Arina, I highly recommend using her private lender recommendation. The lender she recommended was also essentially available to us 24/7. Had we went with a loan from the bank, we would’ve lost our house as it was a quick closing with 8 offers on the weekend.
Arina also was so thoughtful to send us house warming gifts. She is organized, responsive & intelligent. I have already recommended her to my peers looking into buying a house and I will continue recommending her!

My wife and I sold a modest house in Silver Spring, Maryland. Our choice to have Arina represent us made life so easy. The only work we did was sign the contract. She prepared the home with her Rolodex of contacts from yard work, handyman and electricians.

We got well above our asking price on our house, simply because Arina knows what she’s doing and didn’t waste half a second during negotiations.

This modest house sold in less than a week – in fact we ended up cancelling the first open house.

Nothing was left to chance, and the house looked beautiful the day it hit the market, and stayed that way the entire twenty-six minutes or so it was on the market. Yes, I’m exaggerating – but with purpose.

Arina is that good. Don’t waste your time with anyone else.

ARINA IS INCREDIBLE!! My husband and I worked with her for over a year to find our first home—we entered the market in Spring 2023, decided it wasn’t the right time for us, then came back around in Spring 2024. During that gap, Arina periodically checked in with us and was immediately available to reconnect when we were ready to reenter the market. She organized several weekends full of home tours for us, which ended up being fun, stress-free, and impactful as we learned what we were looking for. Arina managed to figure out exactly what we wanted in a home and curated the home lists each week perfectly—so much so that we were excited about nearly every home we toured! When it came time to buy, she was there every step of the way with expertise and absolute availability—she answered text messages and emails at all hours of the day and evening, and made us feel supported as we navigated this process for the first time. On closing day, she showed up with a big bouquet of flowers and spent hours combing through the final paperwork with us. As an added bonus to her competence and capability, she’s an incredibly cool, funny person that you’ll enjoy getting to know during your home search. Arina was recommended to us by our neighbors who used her and she is great at her job! She was patient with questions and diligent. She always had our best interests in mind and never steered us wrong. She is well connected and her recs for movers, painters, etc. always turn out to be the best quotes. Arina helped us get lots of offers on our house and helped us get a house on the 2nd try in a hot market. She is also very thoughtful— she sent us dinner on move in day and a beautiful ornament that said “our first Christmas in our new home with the year and our address.” Can’t recommend her enough!

Arina is amazing to work with, she has helped us find our second home - wouldn’t want to go to anyone else for advice. She is always available for any questions I might have and has catered our house choices to what we are looking for. She gives her honest opinion when we have gone to look at a house and is an expert on house styles, years. She is very transparent and let’s us know if she feels the house will need a certain type of fix and the price range of what the cost would be. She keeps up with you even after the house purchase to just check in and see how everything is going, just a very personal touch. Definitely go with Arina!!
