Like many young professionals now streaming back to Central New York, Aristina Wagner realized that her hometown was an ideal place to build a career and raise a family. In 2014, she returned home from Virginia, and launched Bridgeway Commercial Realty, LLC with her father, Thomas Lischak.
It was a perfect pivot from Aristina’s previous career in Congressional Affairs. She brought to Bridgeway – in addition to her real estate license — expertise in marketing, networking, technology, and organizational management. After earning a Bachelor’s Degree at Syracuse University and a Master’s Degree from Regent University Robertson School of Government, she’d held government positions at the local, state, and national levels, including a post as Constituent Services Representative for a U. S. Congressman.
Aristina’s skill set directly contributed to Bridgeway’s accelerated growth and recent recognition as a 2018 CoStar™ Power Broker. In 2018, she inspired the launch of Bridgeway’s “residential team” – the company’s expansion into residential real estate.
Once again, Aristina’s skills align with essential facets of residential real estate: communication, networking and marketing (including social media) as well as expertise in complex financial and legal regulations. She also has a priceless understanding of the communities in her market.
“For clients, buying and selling their homes deeply impacts their quality of life and financial well being,” says Aristina, who lives in Manlius with her husband and sons. “ At Bridgeway we have the personal insight and professional expertise to help clients navigate those critical decisions and achieve their goals.”
