A few months back my siblings and I decided to sell our childhood home. Since none of us live back in our hometown we felt that it was going to be challenging trying to sell the home. Considering the time that would be required for the preparation of the home for sell, the legalities involved with the sell and coupled with long-distance business; we knew we would need professional help. We then contacted Arlena, explained our situation, and then watched her work diligently getting our home on the market and getting it sold in a matter of a few months! Arlena stayed in constant contact with us throughout the sell process and obtained the sell price we had asked for. I recently was in need of a realtor to help me navigate the process of selling my childhood home. Arlena was excellent in helping me to get this done. She was compassionate, patient, and very professional. She recognized and understood how sentimental I was about letting go of my home and she always kept that in mind as she worked with me to accomplish my goal. She kept me informed about what to expect and potential issues. When unexpected situations did come up, her patience, experience and professional knowledge helped in successfully resolving the situation. She made everything so much less stressful. I assisted my son with his first time selecting and agent and selling a home. After interviewing and collecting information from least 5 candidates, my son told me that he had selected someone. My first question was whether his choice was based out of the Alpharetta area. He said that he didn't think so, but she has been equally successful in all the Atlanta area and with all sizes price ranges. My son described each candidate's presentation and I had to agree that she was the best.
Arlena was very much informed about the area and had a great plan. Once the contract was signed, she was always available and provided her professional experience to all questions.

My son followed her advice and decided to list the house for a little less than what she had suggested. However, this was tens of thousands more than what we initially thought it would sell, and what a few other candidates had suggested.

The house sold very quickly for more than what the house was listed. I was very proud of my youngest son's success. He was not modest in saying, "who's looking like a genius now" when referring to picking the right realtor.

My husband and I plan on relocating to Georgia to be near family and Arlena is assisting in that effort. With the abundance of real estate agents in Georgia, it is so hard to find someone who is professional, committed, and knowledgeable. My Realtor Arlena was everything that I was looking for in an agent to sell my house. She was personable, listened to my needs and concerns and took lead after our first meeting. I knew it was a long shot trying to get my house sold around the holiday, but Arlena was confident once we were listed that the home would have a buyer within a week. We had multiple offers within a few days and were under contract the following week. From start to finish it took less than 20 days to sell my house. Arlena walked me through the process and having well over a decade of experience in Real estate she made sure that I had everything in place to close on time without any hiccups. Ms. Pless is the absolute best. She handled my home purchase seamlessly. I've heard many home buying horror stories, but with her it was effortless and stress free. She is very knowledgeable and experienced. Arlena has worked with us on multiple real estate transactions. Both as a buyer's agent and a seller's agent. She has be an amazing Realtor for us on both sides. We found Arlena to be extremely knowledgeable and attentive.

I have had the pleasure to work with Arlena twice. Once as a seller and again three years later as a buyer. Both times she was amazing; patient, responsive, knowledgeable, attentive, accessible and caring. Additionally every referral she what was great from the lender to the inspector and from the handyman to the cleaning crew.
When I was selling we had a difficult newbie buyer and agent combo and Arlena went above and beyond to complete the sale and keep me calm during the process.
As a buyers agent in the hot 2021 market she was amazing at making the purchase as stress-free as possible.
