Arlene and Eric were so amazing throughout the whole buying process. They are both Park Ridge experts, which is exactly what we wanted when looking for a house here. They knew exactly what to do in terms of houses to look at, how to negotiate, areas we would love, etc. They stayed involved throughout the whole closing process which we really appreciated. We worked with Arlene Zingsheim a few years ago to buy the house we've lived in since we moved to the area, and again recently to sell our former home and buy our new one (now that our family has grown and we need more space)

Arlene doesn't just make us feel like her most important client, she makes us feel like her only client. She's always made herself available to get us in to see a house, even on short notice and working around our sometimes-tight schedule. In a hot market like the one we've been in recently, where speed is key, she's helped us be one of the first in the door and first with an offer.

She's been great at being our go-between and advocate with other agents/homeowners (for example, negotating access for us to a "for sale by owner" home where the homeowner was reluctant to do a showing). She advised us to do (and arranged) a second showing for a house we were torn about that really helped us make up our minds.

Arlene's advice is always timely, thoughtful, respectful, and professional. She looks at houses for us through our eyes - not "is this a good house?" but "is this house right for you?" She's helped us find the perfect house for our family (twice). We wholeheartedly recommend her.

I worked with arlene zing, she is aways ready to answer your questions during your Real Estate deal. She helped me with the purchase of new property here in Illinois. Since I lived out of state she helped cut through problems, getting info and payments relating to my purchase back and forth. When I called, if she wasn’t available she aways called me back in a timely manner. She arranged a virtual inspection of the property before closing, and aided in getting required payments to escrow on time. She will give you her all. She will work hard in you behalf and help you to close on your property, on time and help to reduce any stress you may be experience.

Arlene Zingsheim is a knowledgeable, professional, and easy-to-work-with agent. For several years, she helped me find excellent tenants for my house that she eventually helped sell. She's detailed-oriented and accommodating and has provided me with excellent service and real estate advice over the years. In my experience, she was great at marketing, setting an attractive price, and getting my property sold quickly. Recently, I sold a property outside the country and had a hard time finding an agent anywhere near as wonderful and competent as Arlene. She sets a high bar! You'll enjoy working with her!

Arlene Zingsheim helped us to sell our house in 3 days. she took the time to do all of the comps and provided suggestions on how to make our house more saleable, and it worked! She was always available and took us through all of the various offers and explained the differences in the offers. The listing brochures turned out unbelievable and were in the house the morning after we listed the house. She helped to coordinate the multiple showings and was very helpful in "closing the deal". We would highly recommend her to sell or buy a home.
