Armando Gomez

Real estate professional Armando “Mando” Gomez has been a resident in the Ventura and Santa Barbara counties for more than 35 years. He obtained his real estate license in 2002. Mando has been helping families with their real estate needs ever since. Thanks to his dedication, Armando has received several awards for exceptional performance including: Top Producing, Top Selling and Top Listing Agent. In 2012, Armando received national recognition as the agent of the month by quality Service Certified (QSC). He was selected for this honor from more than 22,000 QSC members!

From 1998 to 2002, Mando worked for Hispanic Business Inc., out of Santa Barbara as a national sales representative. His daily contact with different people throughout the nation contributed to his ability to understand people's needs. His clients appreciated his experienced judgment and keen negotiating skills

From 1988 to 1997, Armando worked as a sales representative and announcer for several radio stations in the area. His professionalism and interest in the wellbeing of others earned him the respect and appreciation of the community.
 
Armando is very involved with the community and belongs to several organizations including the National Association of Realtors (NAR), California Association of Realtors (CAR), Ventura County Coastal Association of Realtors (VCCAR), Ventura, Santa Barbara and Ojai MLS. He is a strong supporter of education and belongs to the President’s Circle at California State University Channel Islands (CSUCI).

Armando is married and has two sons; Diego and Evan. His beautiful wife Eva Gomez works for the California State University Channel Islands. They enjoy bike riding, running, hiking and traveling.
