Armando & Val Padilla

Armando Padilla is a Southern California native born at the Santa Monica Hospital. Originally from Los Angeles but his family quickly moved to Santa Clarita in 1984. I have since then lived in Santa Clarita, which he feels was the best thing his father could have done. In 1998 Armando started working in escrow when he was 18 years old. In just a short amount of time he learned about what happens from start to finish in a real estate purchase transaction. He was able to build great relationships with realtors while working in escrow and it was only a matter of time before he moved from escrow and started assisting a top producing agent by 2001. He sharpened his communication, time management & sales skills while assisting his mentor/boss at the time. Armando got his real estate agent license in 2002. He soon then spread his wings and went on his own in 2003. Residential Real Estate has been his passion and he has been blessed to be a part of Remax since 2009. He quickly became a Top Producing Agent and gained a professional reputation amongst the community & colleagues. He genuinely loves helping buyers & sellers accomplish their goals and enjoy being the one to connect the dots for them!
