Arshia Kia of Kia Real Estate and his team went above and beyond with my home buying process. I found a house at 2 AM that I was interested in seeing. I messaged Arshia that night, and he replied back that morning that he had set up an appointment at 10 AM to go see the house. I saw the house and by 12 PM, I submitted an offer. Arshia was an amazing agent. He was always there for us. As first time home buyers we had a million questions. He never hesitated to get us the answers. He went out of his way to work within our busy schedules. The offer was a competitive process, he walked us through every step of the way. We had a previously bad experience with another agent. When we first told him about this experience he understood and even offered that if things don't go well we could part ways. He has a wide network and introduced us to all the people that worked so hard for us along the way.
