Growing up in Edina, but attending high school in St. Paul, Art quickly developed a knowledge base of the greater Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area, and a wide-ranging social network, that to this day extends well beyond many of his peers.
That desire to explore and learn continued throughout his professional career, where he worked for a number of Global Fortune 500 Companies. It’s through these explorations and learning’s he developed and applied a “global experience, local knowledge” approach to business, and subsequently real estate. His ability to help clients balance the big picture (global) with the key critical details (local) has served his clients well.
While Art specializes in the western suburbs of Minneapolis, his business extends across the metro area given his extensive network of contacts and past clients. His clients appreciate his knowledge, his attention to detail and follow-through, and his ability to cut through the noise and get to what matters.
Art enjoys spending time with his family (wife and four kids) and traveling (anywhere warm unless it’s snow skiing). In the event he has a fall Saturday off, he can be found on the porch watching college football as an avowed SEC fan, despite graduating from Nebraska.
