Arthur and his wife, Dinah, moved their family (three boys including twins) to Bainbridge Island from the Pacific Palisades, Los Angeles in 2005 and have since been deeply involved with their children's schools, sports programs, and the Bainbridge performing arts, especially through Dinah's work directing and teaching acting classes.
Arthur has a successful career selling homes and condominiums and holds certifications in internet marketing, negotiation and new home sales. Arthur also holds two Bachelor of Arts Degrees, is certified as a mediator, and has owned two businesses and managed a third. Since 1987, Arthur has delivered sales and management training lectures to companies such as IBM, Sun America, General Electric, Prudential Securities, the National Banking Association, and Merrill Lynch. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Washington Association of Realtors, Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate and the Bainbridge Island Chamber of Commerce.
This extensive experience both in and out of the real estate market has given Arthur the ability to effectively position properties within the competitive Seattle housing market as well as efficiently assist clients in finding their dream homes.
Arthur, along with Georg Syvertsen, recently joined Realogics Sotheby's International Realty (RSIR) where they will continue to provide excellent, personalized service to all price points and connect extraordinary people with extraordinary properties.
