Asha found us our house during our first trip!
Asha is an amazing orchestrator, mentor and a superb real estate agent!
When we decided to start looking for a house, we thought it would take us 3-6 months to purchase a house. Asha guided us with our pre-approval process, introduced us to a home loan officer and got us pre-approved!
Asha also she knew exactly what we wanted after discussing our needs. During our first outing, we liked a house and wanted to place an offer and this was possible because Asha has the sixth sense to judge the clients needs.

Asha has a keen sense of the market and she guided us strategically to place an offer and it was accepted within 24 hours!
She then guided us throughout the process, going above and beyond by working with the loan officers, and constantly guiding us through the appraisal process, ensuring that the appraisal takes into account the current market considerations. Our appraisal came out more than the offer!
Asha then helped us close our loan on time by guiding us through the escrow process, helping us measure the house and introducing us to a renovations contractor who is now helping us remodel it for our needs on a strict timeline.
