Ashlee Goerdt

My name is Ashlee Goerdt and I am an experienced licensed real estate agent assisting buyers, investors, sellers and renters in all areas of Maryland & Washington, D.C. I specialize in Central and Southern Maryland (including Anne Arundel County, Prince George’s County, Charles County, Calvert County and Saint Mary’s County). I was born in Washington, DC and grew up in Bowie, Maryland. Growing up in Bowie has tremendously helped me in my real estate career because I know the area extremely well! I have extensive experience in the Residential & REO market.
I have been in the real estate business for 16 years and received my real estate license in October 2013. Since then, I have sold numerous homes, which were mostly REO (real estate/ bank owned) properties. I have helped several investors purchase properties to flip, I have helped first time homes buyers buy their dream homes, I have helped Veterans that have served our beautiful country and I have also assisted renters find rental homes.
I specialize in Foreclosed Homes Sales, Distressed Home Sales, Standard Home Sales and my team also has experience in Short Sales. I am an active member with The National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Maryland Association of Realtors (MAR).
