Before becoming a licensed Realtor®, I built a successful career with State Farm, earning multiple recognitions for top performance. That role taught me how to listen closely, tailor solutions, and deliver results—skills that continue to benefit my clients today.

I specialize in residential, land, and commercial real estate across Southwest Missouri. I especially enjoy helping clients evaluate their options and make smart, informed decisions that align with their goals.

I’m an active member of both the Missouri Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors, and I’ve proudly served as both Vice President and President of the Five County Board of Realtors. I’m also a member of the RPAC Capital Club and have served on a committee that exceeded both investment and participation goals.

Outside of real estate, I stay involved in my community through the Elks Lodge and Ducks Unlimited, and I look forward each year to supporting local charities and sponsoring the annual Christmas baskets program.

I will start this off with saying Ashlee was amazing!!! I was in need of putting my dad's house on the market quickly after his passing. She was completely understanding of my situation. After rearranging her family plans for me on a weekend, the house was listed the next day and we had 3 offers within 2 days. This might not sound like a big deal to most, but I live in Kansas and my dad's house was in Osceola. She updated me every step of the way and put me at total ease through a stressful time in my life. Thanks Ashlee you were the best!!!
