While I was in Korea, I wanted to start the sale of my home and had been referred to Ashleigh. She was amazing from start to finish. I had so much going on and with the time difference she was still able to communicate with me every step of the way. She truly made this experience super easy for me. She was able to get people into the house to work on things that needed updated while I was gone and able to work around my children and their caretakers' schedules. Highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell. She went above and beyond and made me feel comfortable with everything. She was always available to talk me through each step. The only thing that makes me sad is I never actually met her in person to thank her before I PCS'd.

I will absolutely recommend Ashley as a real estate agent. When we bought our house 2 years ago she was very responsive for me and my wife. Took time to FaceTime us every house we wanted to see (even ones that were a little sketchy). Since we are military we couldn’t see it in person but through technology and Ashley we were. If it had not been for her expertise in the area and guidance, we would not have found the perfect house for us to move into. Ashley also sold our house and it was an amazing experience. From her marketing alone, to the open house, and generally answering all the questions and answering my thousands of phone calls we had over 10 showings and hundreds of views on sites like Zillow. Ashley is an amazing realtor but also a genuine person who will not steer you wrong. If you are selling or buying I HIGHLY recommend Ashley you will not be disappointed.

As a military family, finding a house prior to arriving at a new duty station is essential for an easy transition. Ashleigh made this process for us so seamless by offering virtual walkthroughs of several houses we asked to see with honesty and expertise. Ashleigh goes above and beyond for her clients. She walked my husband and I through every step, answered every question we had, and made sure we felt confident in our decisions as first time homebuyers. She was always available and responsive when we wanted to see a house. Even when she wasn't available, she made sure we would still be able to see the house. From day one Ashleigh has worked around the clock to take the best care of us through our home buying experience. We as some, had many time restraints with my husband being deployed to Korea, me living in Georgia, while house hunting in Washington. Ashleigh went above and beyond in scheduling virtual tours in the evenings and on weekends because that worked for our schedules, sharing information about each of the areas that we looked in and around, submitting offers in the middle of the night, negotiation the best terms for our home purchase, taking care of all of the big and small details when we found the perfect home for us, even down to meeting with the AC guy for our newly purchased home while we are not yet in WA. No details were missed with Ashleigh, and we truly have enjoyed and appreciated working with her. Ashleigh has not only kept us well informed throughout this entire process, but she has educated us and given us great tools to use as homeowners and landlords. My wife and I are first time home buyers, and we were unsure where to start. Ashleigh was extremely helpful and patient from the beginning. She really takes the time to get to know what you are looking for in a house and she does her research to find you the perfect match. Throughout the whole house buying process she was there with us at every step, walk us through. I don't know what I would have done if I didn't have a realtor as transparent as Ashleigh. Ashleigh was incredibly helpful throughout the entire home buying process. She was available all hours of the day. She would always call me with additional updates. If she knew I was at work she would text me with any updates, but always quickly call back if I had time at work to talk on the phone. She patiently showed me so many homes because I was very picky and wanted to find the perfect home. She took into account all the things I noted to like or dislike in a home so she was able to help find other homes she thought I might like. She always picked great homes to view that suited what I wanted. She was very educated and quick to find me answers. I could tell she always goes out of her way to help clients in any way possible. She informed me of a lot of things I may not have thought to consider myself. I really enjoy my new home, and I feel Ashleigh really helped me pick the right choice that suited my needs.
