She was very good at explaining the complicated, in-depth aspects of the buying process that I'm less familiar with, ensuring that I fully understood each step before we moved forward. Ashleigh Clapper assisted me in the purchase of a property when market availability was limited in my price range. She was quite adept at seeing aspects of a property that could be improved with a modest cost. After professional inspections on 2 properties revealed issues that I wanted the seller to foot the bill negotiations fell through. Ashleigh Clapper completely surpassed my expectations in every way possible!
