Ashleigh launched her career as a luxury Realtor in Fairfield County, Connecticut in 2014 with Houlihan Lawrence, a Berkshire Hathaway company. She was awarded Gold Level for achieving top 10% of sales volume company-wide. With her family’s move to California in 2019, Ashleigh joined Compass as a bi-coastal agent focusing on both the NYC and Los Angeles metro areas.
Ashleigh’s past and repeat clients praise her focused attention, honesty, integrity, negotiation skills and design prowess. Whether working with a rental client, an investor client or a luxury client, Ashleigh maintains an unswerving work ethic and dedication to her clients’ objectives.
In her early career, Ashleigh worked as a Store Team Leader with Whole Foods Market in New York City and Boston, focusing on new store openings and driving growth and profitability. A graduate of The Hotchkiss School, she holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia in English Literature and Sociology.
Ashleigh resides in La Cañada Flintridge with her husband, Shaun, their children and their exuberant dog. When she isn’t selling real estate or cheering from the sidelines at her kids’ sports games, she is an active volunteer with Polytechnic School and is a CASA for a child in the LA foster care system.
