Ashleigh Shim is a commercial associate at PETRA involved in leases, sales, and purchases for retail, office, and mixed-use properties. Ashleigh has a passion for bringing vibrancy and life to Jacksonville's urban core through real estate. Her career in real estate began in April 2023. She quickly found herself involved in commercial real estate as an investor relations and acquisitions assistant for a family-owned real estate investment company. Ashleigh now primarily focuses on tenant and landlord representation as a commercial real estate associate.

Ashleigh's entrepreneurial journey began at age 22 when she founded one of Miami's first private soccer training academies. She owned and operated four locations and a team of 11 coaches until 2022. Her experience as a college and professional athlete laid the foundation for her business endeavors and plays a crucial part in her approach to real estate.
